I didn't see any posts to that effect, but did anyone get the good news that their license was issued on Leap Day?

The license expires on your birthday, regardless of the day it was issued.
What would be interesting is to see if DPS gets it right for people whose birthday is February 29. Likely they do, or we would have heard about it.
