Vote Twice?

I'm confused.

I have a TSRA newsletter alert urging voters to vote TWICE?
Even if you voted early, go to your local polling place tomorrow and vote a second time!
I understand that those who vote Dem can go to the caucus after the polls close tomorrow and vote. Republicans, though, don't get that opportunity according to an article in my local newspaper.

Is this true that Texans are allowed to cast their ballot twice? Or is this just to urge the Dems to go to their caucus?

C'mon!! This is Texas.

Even dead people get to vote!

Of course, they vote for Democrats!

It means the latter of course.

I guess it is a bit late now, but the Republicans did have caucuses also -- I suspect they weren't hyped because there were no big races, like the Clinton/Obama circus on the Demo side. Normally I would have worked election day as a judge in our precinct, but I was off at firefighter school. My wife worked as alternate judge, and went to the Republican convention in our precinct right after the polls closed. That's how I got nominated as an alternate delegate to the County convention.
