Do you have a link to a news article, rather than a video? I can't watch the video.

My next door neighbor was a border patrol agent and told m 6 months ago they had spotted mexican army units on U.S. soil providing security for drug shipments, and the U.S. government plays the see no evil hear no evil speak no evil routine, last time i checked a foreign army invading U.S. terirtory and firing on it's citizens I believe is an act of war.Let's quit playing games and put up some national guard apache gunships, you come across the border armed you get carried back in buckets. This just goes to show you selective border enforcement.

If that is true it is sickening. I couldnt even believe what I was watching that whole time.
If it is happening all you would need is an A-10 to come screaming out of the horizon and I guarantee those particular Mexican soldiers wouldnt be coming back.

It will never happen. Pres. Bush and Gov. Perry don't want anything to interfere with all of the good, hard working, "undocumented workers" coming here, who do the jobs Americans won't do. In a few years the Mexican Army can just escort them right up the TTC.

It's not an act of war, if the President has signed a secret agreement with our Northern and Southern neighbors to make this one nation from Norther Canada to Southern Mexico!

So, we need to be asking ourselves what the Mexican forces know that the US citizens do not know.
With a Socialist nation to the North and a Communist nation to the South, every vote will be 2 to 1, and who loses? The US citizens! Again!

“There is little doubt that the majority of these incidences are accidental, said Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas., chairman of the Security Investigations Subcommittee
I've never been to the US/Mexico border (and Rep. McCaul probably hasn't either). Can someone tell me how you can accidentally cross the Rio Grande?

I can't believe any of this. President Bush is the commander-in-chief. He would not tolerate foreign incursions across the border and hold back the U.S. military. He would not enter into secret agreements with enemies. Even if he did, what could he gain from it?

Bush allows thousands of illegal aliens to cross our borders daily. He invites them here when he says they are "good, hardworking people doing the jobs Americans won't do". I don't believe its a "Secret Agreement", but our lack of border security, makes incidents like this possible. If we had troops on the border, instead of a few Border Patrol agents, the Mexican Army would not be so brazen.
The Mexican government wants their citizens to come here, work, send money back, get educated, and receive free health care. They export there social problems here. Why wouldn't a government as corrupt as Mexico's not want to make money off of drugs as well?

Do Mexican military cross our borders? Yes. Have they shot at/towards us? Yes. Have they actually killed anyone? I don't think so. Is it part of some "North American Alliance" plot? No.
The short and sweet version of it is that Mexico's soldiers, just like their cops, can be bought off by the drug and crime cartels to guard shipments of contraband across the border and prevent them from being taken by rival cartels or the US gov't. Mexican soldiers aren't paid very well at all, so the $$ from the cartels is a real temptation for them. However, they're not stupid enough (I hope) to actually shoot with the intention of killing US Border Patrol; the incidents I've heard of have been "shots across the bow" so to speak. So far, neither us nor them really want to get into a firefight (us because we're outgunned, them because Mexico wouldn't even last as long as Hussein's forces in the war that would result), and so no one has been seriously injured or killed.
Neither government is officially recognizing these incursions; we're not, because these Mexican soldiers are NOT acting under orders from their government, and Mexico isn't, because the whole situation is embarassing to them (can't control their own military, etc.).
Don't expect this situation to be directly addressed at all, unless some fool of a hired gun in Mexican Army uniform decides to actually shoot one of us. But then, I'm not expecting that to happen, either - if a cartel were stupid enough to allow them to do that, both Mexico and the US would stomp them into oblivion. Self-preservation instinct and all that.
So, for the moment, the cartels are using Mexican military as mercenaries, knowing full well that it's just a bluff, and bluffing anyways because no one, on either side of the border, wants to deal with what will happen if that bluff is called.

I lived with in 20 miles of the border for 3 years and you can cross the river some days it swallow like 2"deep in places. I have a friend that's son is a BP officer and he has had problems with Mexican Military coming across in AZ he has stated that they where over 1 mile inside the USA and when they are pressured they shoot and the BP only has AR15's and few shotguns and there handguns, Ken told me that he got a M-4 just so he would have something if they shot up his truck .
ken has told stories of other BP's getting the trucks shot up and the news story states it was Drug dealers or mules that did it .
my question is how many Drug dealers/Mules carry M-2 50 cals and drive military type trucks and Hummer's. Like I stated I live close to the border and have seen lots of Drug Dealers and mules and have never seen them carrying more then a handgun or maybe a SKS .
I feel like there needs to be something done and with the crop of Prez candidates its only going to get worst before it gets better.

Here's something you might want to see:

Now, a little bit about the real cost of illegal immigration, in dollar terms, from a friend of mine:
" It's time we wake up. Listening to the Partisan "politicals ", I have been hammered with the propaganda that it is the Iraq war and the war on terror that is bankrupting us. I find that to be RIDICULOUS. I hope the following 13 reasons are forwarded over and over again until they are read so many times that the reader gets sick of reading them. I have included the URL's for verification of all the following facts.
1. $11 Billion to $22 billion is spent on welfare to aliens each year
http://tinyurl.com/zob77
2. $2.2 Billion dollars a year is spent on food assistance programs such as food stamps, WIC, and free school lunches for illegal aliens.
http://www.cis.org/articles/2004/fiscalexec.html
3. $2.5 Billion dollars a year is spent on Medicaid for illegal aliens.
http://www.cis.org/articles/2004/fiscalexec.html
4. $12 Billion dollars a year is spent on primary and secondary school education for children here illegally and they cannot speak a word of English.
http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/ ... ldt.0.html
5. $17 Billion dollars a year is spent for education for the American-born children of illegal aliens, known as anchor babies.
http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/ ... dt.01.html
6. $3 Million Dollars a DAY is spent to incarcerate illegal aliens.
.
http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/ ... dt.01.html
http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/ ... dt.01.html
7. 30% percent of all Federal Prison inmates are illegal aliens.
http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/ ... dt.01.html
8. $90 Billion Dollars a year is spent on illegal aliens for Welfare & social services by the American taxpayers.
http://premium.cnn.com/TRANSCIPTS/0610/29/ldt.01.html
9. The illegal aliens in the United States have a crime rate that's two and a half times that of white non-illegal aliens. In particular, their children, are going to make a huge additional crime problem in the US.
http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/ ... dt.01.html
10. During the year of 2005 there were 4 to 10 MILLION illegal aliens that crossed our Southern Border also, as many as 19,500 illegal aliens from Terrorist Countries. Millions of pounds of drugs, cocaine, meth, heroine and marijuana, crossed into the U. S from the Southern border. Homeland Security Report:
http://tinyurl.com/t9sht
11. The National Policy Institute, "estimated that the total cost of mass deportation would be between $206 and $230 billion or an average cost of between $41 and $46 billion annually over a five year period."
http://www.nationalpolicyinstitute.org/ ... tation.pdf
12. In 2006 illegal aliens sent home $45 BILLION in remittances back to their countries of origin.
http://www.rensecom/general75/niht.htm
13. "The Dark Side of Illegal Immigration: Nearly One Million Sex Crimes Committed by Illegal Immigrants In The United States ".
http://www.drdskcom/articleshtml
The total cost is a whopping $ 338.3 BILLION DOLLARS A YEAR"
Now, if it costs us $338.3 billion Dollars a year to support illegals, and only $46 billion Dollars a year for 5 years to deport them? Hmmm....
$338.3 X 5 = $1691.5 billion dollars to support them over 5 years
$ 46 X 5 = $ 230 billion dollars total to deport them over 5 years
------
$1461.5 billion dollars over 5 years in savings to deport them
Can anyone tell me why we are waiting?

locknload,
Great post. Do you mind forwarding that to Pres. Bush, Gov. Perry, and the presidential candidates? Surely if they knew about this, they would do something about it.

Well, I would bet McCaul has been to the border, since his district is about a 4 hour drive from it. But a lot of Texans are smart and never go anywhere near the border so he may not have been.
But it is easy to accidentally cross the border in other places. The Rio Grande is only the border in Texas. It turns north at the Texas New Mexico border. From New Mexico to California the border is an imaginary line in the sand. And in some areas, the desert is very barren and the line is easy to cross by accident.
But, I think he is full of it when he says that. I would put my money on the corruption and the Army selling out to the drug cartels for security.
