Potential problem with wifes application

When my wife applied online, she put the wrong day down for her birthday. And she gets mad at me for forgetting it....
Anyhow, I called DPS last week and spoke to someone there about why she couldnt access her info online. We discovered the problem, her birthday is the 26th and she typed 27th, and the guy said he would fix it for her. Today we tried to get her info using the correct birthday, and it wouldnt work. when we put in the wrong birthday, it said the application was processing.

Is the birthday info for the web just to check on the progress, or is this something she needs to get corrected to avoid any delays?

Yes, the birthday info for the web just to check on the progress. The web interface is totally separate from actual processing of the apps.

My wife's application keeps being rejected, without specificity, for "fingerprint quaily". :rules:

See post this date above and good luck. Where is Governor "Pompadour" when you need him?

Rick Perry is down on the border wrangling up illegal aliens. Don't you remember his commercials before the last election?

Ok. That explains why we have to use the wrong birthday to check the status. Thanks :txflag:

I know Perry is good for us, but some of the things he is doing lately are really getting me :mad5 .
It seems like every new road being built is gonna cost you not only to build it, but to drive on it too. :headscratch
The Trans Texas Ripoff Road is another one. I know...Off topic.
