Has anyone seen this status before?

I just received my PIN last Friday (right around 60 days from sent), and I immediately checked the status which read Processing Application.
So, I just now checked again, for the heck of it, and see this: "No application or license/certificate active."
Has anybody seen this status before, if so, what does it mean?
Thanks for any input,
tryan

did you check it again after that weird message just in case? And this might sound condescending but it's absolutely not - did you input all your information correctly the second time around?
If you entered in your DL#, SSN#, DOB, and PIN correctly and it's still stuck like that it's a little bit odd and it wouldn't hurt to give DPS a call. FWIW I haven't seen that or heard of that

Make sure you are not in the instructors area.

Thank you. I must have clicked on the first "Check the Status..." that caught my eye. I had logged in and out multiple times to see if I had filled in information incorrectly, but always from the same incorrect login page.
Again, thanks folks.

My wife applied online and accidently put the wrong birthday in on the application. Hers said that and still does if she tries to use her real birthday. If she puts the birthday she applied with, it gives her status. We only figured it out after finally getting in touch with someone over the phone. Good news is, the website is only to check your status, so as long as everything else on your paperwork is in order you should be ok.
