application mailed: Jan 17
application received: Jan 22
PIN received: Feb 20
plastic in hand: Mar 19

Wow. Almost two months to the day from when you mailed it. Gives me some hope
Im at day 37 or so from mailing date. I hope mine goes as quick.

well they received mine on Feb 5, so judging by yours i should see my plastic sometime in the beginning of april, but that would be too good to be true so i will just count on november and be surprised when it gets here.
