Here is an update on TraCoun's wife. She had knee replacement surgery this morning and she is in her room. The surgeon said the surgery went well and she doesn't seem to be in much pain at this point. TraCoun wanted to thank everyone for all of the prayers. Let's keep them coming for a quick and full recovery. At some point in the next few months, she'll be doing it again on the other leg.
Chas.

Y'all,
Just wanted to add a bit to the update .... Mrs. TraCoun is home -- actually she is at her daughter's house, about 2 miles from ours, until she can negotiate stairs ... and working on excercises and a machine that moves her leg to work the new knee and the muscles. She got out of the hospital a day early because she was doing well, and I'm sure she's going to work hard and progress as fast as she can. She is a real 'Steel Magnolia'.
Thanks to you all for your prayers and support, and espcially to Charles for posting updates when I was busy. He and Martha have been a lot of comfort and support.
Thanks,
TraCoun

Stick w/ it. Do ALL they say do & No More than they say do & you will progress great. Mine is not as good as the one God made for me but a bunch better than the one I tore up.
I am through runnning anyway.
