Good news this morning methinks. My application status on the texasonline.com webpage changed to "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active". I guess that means I need to be watching the mail for my plastic! Timeline as follows so far:

Packet Mailed 2/19
Check Cashed by State 2/29
PIN Received 4/30
Status Change to "Application Completed 5/20
Waiting for Plastic........................

Congrats - seems like your timeline (around 90 days) is the norm these days.

Congrats on the status change. I took the class the same date that you did, they received my app on March 5th and my status still hasn't changed from "Packet mailed".
