does anybody know any restriction on receiving primers and powder in Houston area?

As the price goes up, I plan to order 5000 primers of each caliber that I used (4 of them) and have them shipped to a mail-drop place like PostNet. I also want to order 20lbs of power, pistol and rifle.

is there any fire code preventing me from storing these in an apartment?

You should check with your local fire department about storage requirements they vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

that sounds like that real story that a crackhead was worried about the quality of his stash of coke and sent some sample to Georgia Bureau of Investigation for lab testing. You can guess the rest of the story.

You won't be able to use the US Mail. Delivery will have to be UPS or Fedex.
