Don't mean to be nosy, but why do you ask?

Why don't you just call her and ask for her email address so that you can send her something? If you can give her a PIN number or something so that she knows your call is legit, she shouldn't have any problem giving it to you.

I have tried to contact her via the phone number posted to no avail-been told that she is not available. She hasn't returned any of my calls. Do any of you have her email address?

Send a hard copy letter to Ms. Jan Coffey, Manager.

The DPS CHL bureau fax number is 512 424 7284. It worked for me.

Employees who speak with clients on the phone, other than officers and lawyers, commonly use pseudonyms to protect them from stalkers and other lunatics. It is possible that no person named Simone actually exists.

Old Gringo,

I have sent two emails to Jan Coffey (Monday, July 21). Still waiting for an answer. Guess I will fax her a letter at the fax number provided above.

I finally heard from one of Jan Coffey's Admin Assistants/Supervisors today by email. My fingerprint card was found (somewhere-God only knows where) and has been forwarded to the FBI for records check. Note: I unfortunately forgot to sign one of my fingerprint cards. DPS got it back on July 7th and it has been sitting there somewhere up until today. It pays to be proactive with these people. Otherwise your application might get pigeon-holed or buried beneath a stack of applications. If you sit there waiting you just might be waiting a long time. Now going on 90 days plus.
