I am traveling to OK, KS, MO, AR in the next few weeks by truck. I know they are all reciprocity states. Are there any laws I need to be aware of while traveling in these states that are different from TX?

The off limits .pdf files have links to the current laws, so make sure to double check by following those links. Most other states don't seem to have statutes similar to our 30.06, so any 'No Guns' sign is enforceable.

They are not enforceable in Missouri. Requires an 11x14 sign specifically stating carry of a concealed handgun is not allowed. Also, in Missouri if you do carry past a sign or into a prohibited place, they can just ask you to leave. If you don't then you are subject to a fine. This would have to happen 3-4 times before they can potentially revoke your permit. The laws there are VERY lenient!

Well, I said most.
That's good information to have.

The most unusual law in Arkansas (and probably most widely ignored) is that before entering a private residence, you must notify the resident and receive permission to enter with your handgun.

In Oklahoma you can't carry anything larger than .45 caliber.

One I remember from my trip to AR last year is that places of worship are off-limits there. Like the church in TN where 7 people got shot recently.
