We were awakened right after midnight by the smell of smoke.

While this isn't our congregation, it is right around the corner and a couple blocks down from us. The whole neighborhood was hazy from the fire. The building is still cordoned off this evening as the investigation continues. This morning was the first time in years that we didn't hear their chimes ringing the hours.

Please keep this congregation in your prayers as they clean up and decide how to proceed. The building wasn't insured.

From your end of the state to this end & all in between, we will pray.

Lord we lift up this congregation to You, we pray that You would bind your children together, and raise them up stronger than before. We pray for their financial needs. Thank you Lord

Please continue to keep this situation in your prayers. The little congregation is continuing to meet, and I hope they come out stronger in their understanding and faith in God because of this.

Thanks for the update. I know God can, and will, turn that which was meant for evil, unto good and His glory. I pray they will come through this stronger in faith and have a testimony of God's miraculous power and provision. -amen!
