60 days?

is the 60 days only business days or does it include weekends also?
It's calendar days, not business days.
When the law means business days, it says business days.

I would put about || <----that much weight into that 60 days time frame as prescribed by law.

I talked to DPS yesterday. They said applications are averaging 120 days.

Yeah, but that time doesn't start till they open your package and make sure everything is complete, then it goes "in the system". That alone can take months. Mine took almost three months. Still waiting since they received my package in early March.
