looking for an old side by side looks don't really matter
if its cheap enough I may just buy it out right but I also have a marlin 22 with a BSA 6-24X40 scope to trade as well if someone is interested in that

pumps are ok too but really would like a side by side
shorter the barrel the better pistol grip ok too

I'm in Friendswood and want to do FTF no FFL

I am not sure if I have ever seen a twice-barrel-shootgun with a pistol grip.

Remember that you've got to maintain a 26" length to be legal.

yea I know about that thanks for the reminder thought i only would need 8 in from the breach to the end of the grip i think they call them biker shotguns
but I'm not married to that type. just need a 12ga and like side by side better than over under

My visual calipers re not all that accurate but I would be willing to bet that shotgun is a Class 3 firearm.

perhaps but I would think there would be some out there that meet the length requirements
but any 12ga side by side us up for consideration

I'm sure people do but they don't seem to be getting rid of them in any numbers. After looking at the prices of used pump shotguns at gunshows and local gunshops, I've about reached the conclusion my cheapest option is buying new at Academy. Go figure.

Best of luck with your search for a budget SxS shotty.
