A buddy of mine is a tech support admin for a local houston company. He sent this over to me today and I just had to share. It's an actual trouble ticket from his system today.... It's just priceless. Feel free to share.

Keyboard damaged

Kieth XXXXX is the user with the issue.

Laptop, spilled water in it. User put keyboard in oven and accidently over cooked it. Laptop still boots. Contacting Dell to get replacement keyboard shipped.

Sounds like the part most in need of replacement is the module located between the front of the screen and the back of the chair.

Sounds like a PEBCAK error (Problem Exists Between Chair And Keyboard)

or an ID-10-T error (put together ID10T looks like, well, idiot)

We need pictures.

Although still not as good as; "Screen blank, Computer has been rebooted several times and still nothing displaying on monitor Please send Field services technician."
Ticket closed by “Field technician”: Issue has been resolved I just had to push the power button on the monitor.”
