Sorry it took so long...............
There is a good article in the newest edition of the TSRA magazine suggesting that things should be getting better and pretty much confirming that it was indeed the DPS that was responsible for the hold ups.
The DPS cites a 51% increase in applications as contributing to the problem...but admit things were not running smoothly prior to that.
Hopefully, in the coming months...we will see licenses issued faster than at present.

I just got my TSRA packet in the mail today, so I wont get this issue of the magazine I bet..
Counties involved are:
Dallas and Grayson.
