How stupid, Biden is welcome to give all he wants..... but he doesn't even give to charities, so why would he give to the IRS?

If someone is wealthy and wants to redistribute their wealth I do not mind.

I think a better solution is for ALL Americans to pay less taxes and for the government to cut spending to match.
Let's start with cutting congressional salaries by 50% and repeal the automatic raises.
