What would you pay for this gun? S&W M&P Compact 40

S&W M&P40 Compact .40S&W 3.5" 10-round
It has 4 mags and about 500 down the pipe. Excellent condition. It is a neighbor who takes good care of them. I know I could find it for 450 new but the extra mags, no shipping/FFL. Just wondering what people are seeing these go for used. He is asking 450.00
