I may be getting the opportunity to work for BAE systems in Sealy, where they make the FMTV trucks for the military. Has or does anyone here worked for a government contractor like that? What might be some of the advantages or disadvantages?

The main advantage is a regular paycheck. The main disadvantage is that you have to show up when expected and do something to get the paycheck.
