Check this out...
09/20 - Took CHL course - and passed *rejoices*
09/22 - Mailed completed packet to DPS
09/23 - Packet received; wait begins *sigh*
10/07 - Requested and received PIN
10/08 - "Processing Application"
11/20 - Still "Processing Application"
11/21 - "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active"
Total DPS processing time: 8.5 weeks (59 days)
*waits eagerly by mailbox*

It took me awile to understand the meaning of "I'm down with that".
What does "Snap" mean?

*sigh* Oh well... I guess it's no big deal as I'm leaving town for Turkey week anyhow, and also I expected this to take 6 months after reading all of the stories here, so 2 months is amazing - I can wait another week or so until it arrives..

I don't exactly know how it came to be either, but it is an exclamation, like if you are excited about something you could stomp your feet or clap your hands or pound your fist, or snap your fingers... That is basically what it means - "wow!"
