yep...I like to play with guns as much as the next guy, and also like to play with booze as much as the next guy, but I don't mix 'em...go figure!!!

Looks like they're still trying to figure out if he was licensed. (I don't understand how this question couldn't be answered in a matter of seconds by authorities) But at any rate let us hope he was not to damper to arguments licensed carriers.

yeah, he's up the proverbial creek.
From what Chris Mortensen said, he was wearing it tucked in his waistband (cause, a holster woulda clashed with his outfit) and his friend/teammate noticed it was taking a dive, and he tried to grab it and *bang*
oops.
I've heard that an Unlicensed Gun in a bar will getcha 3 1/2 years, minimum.
