I know I'm dreaming, but these things are hard to find new, so I thought I'd ask.

I think this is what you're looking for. The Glock 17 model seems to be in stock. It says barrel and choke tubes, but when you add it to cart, it has the right info. Maybe worth a look.

actually, farther down on the page it lists it as backordered.
I'm investigating 1911 conversion kits now.
