Just a politician splitting hairs to avoid answering the question. Everyone knows the answer but it is more convenient for them if we avoid saying it out loud.

Neither Nancy Pelosi nor Barney Frank could have explained it any clearer, what's the problem? I'll bet you don't understand global warning or the need to take guns out of the hands of the citizens either?
