FS: Early Ruger 22LR Stainless Cylinder

Gentlemen, I found this cylinder for my Single Six which I ordered from Ruger in the late 1960's. It just showed up in a box of "stuff" I'd kept. (I realize the term "early" might be relative to some of the more mature members here.) ;)
I lost the original, blue, 22LR cylinder and ordered a replacement, only to discover I'd ordered the wrong one. I needed blue and got stainless.
It appears that I may have fired a few (VERY few) rounds through it before I put it back in the box and forgot about it.
Original box, nearly unfired condition. I tried to get a picture of a very faint cycle line around it.
What you see with the engraved numbers is what I'm seeing: "5", "8", and what might be a "1". The engraver seems to have just trailed off across the face.
I could've cleaned and polished on it, but it's exactly as it came out of the box after 40 years.
This is the 22LR, NOT THE MAGNUM cylinder.

I'm kind of at a loss for what it's worth. I think I paid around $30 for it in the late 60's, so at $1/yr storage I'll ask $100 shipped or you can make a reasonable offer.
