Sold my 10 year old Kimber compact to a buddy this weekend so now I can go pick up my newest addition to the family, a Kimber Pro Covert II.

Will head to the range this week sometime and will post back with my report. Hope they have some Wilson Mags on hand for me.

Went to the range and spent my last bit of UMC 230 gr FMJ that I had in the safe and the all fed flawlessly.

I did field strip the Kimber and clean/lube it before going to the range as recommended. Not a single hiccup!

I'm excited. My next trip will be to BASS PRO indor to sight in the laser.

Will post back after that. Then I'll see several of you at the get together in SA on the 21st at the Bullet Hole.
