As well, it appears an environmental study has been implemented to study the "effect" of a holstered, and loaded firearm in the same...

Somebody just pinch me...Girls first...

The environmental effect is obvious. The sight of a holstered gun would make the anti-gunner crowd poop their pants, thus polluting the atmosphere!

Wow. This is the funniest quote of them all:
The judge noted that in addition to the environment concerns, several plaintiffs indicated "they are now concerned for their personal safety in parks and refuges and cannot fully enjoy their visits to certain national parks or wildlife refuges because they feel less safe."
Funny. I feel that way about the parks because my firearms are banned.

And I was hoping to make it to Padre Island or Big Bend in the near future.
