Room for lease in SW Houston

I'm throwing this on here in hopes I can find a good canadite.
Located near the itnersection of Westhiemer and Wilcrest in a very good neighborhood.
I have a room that I lease with some other guys from work. I am moving out because my girlfriend is finally moving to town and could use some help with her bills. It is a 14'-16' room with a walk in closet on the second floor of a 3000 square foot house. New carpet and paint. Everyone in the house is a college grad and works full time. Some work overseas so not all roomates are home all that often. Dogs are ok. Big back yard and a two car garage.
Rent: $300/month
Deposit: $300
Avg utilities: $150
Your share of the utilities includes: electric, full cable (HD, Recordable TV, etc), 16 meg internet service, water, basic house needs like toilet paper, dish soap, etc.
It's a really nice place and I love it there but my girlfriend can't really afford to live here on her own and still have money to save.
Looking for someone to move in around early to mid May. PM me for more details or if you would like to tour the house.
