4th GEN Glock

I saw a new 4th generation Glock .40 at SOG Armory this weekend. It has a revised grip style and surface and some new style serrations on the slide. Kinda neat looking, but the grip surface is very harsh in my opinion. Harsh enough to need gloves when shooting it maybe. I handed it to my girlfriend and she said no thanx I'll take her gen2 G19 over that grip any day. Just food for thought, I had not seen any of the new generation Glocks at any retailer yet. If interested they had two of them in the $640 range I think.

I played with one of the latest gen. G22 pistols a while back and did not care for the texture of the grip. It is a bunch of little raised pyramids....

I thought this wasn't considered a new gen of glocks. Just another alternative on the type of grip. Glock 22 RTF in .40 S&W if I remember correctly. :headscratch

That is it. It was new looking to me and I know the 3rd gen clocks didn't look like that. I just made an assumption on them being the next evolution.
