Match Primers

In my search during the primer shortage, I came across this.

Dunno if the re-seating the primer with the case compressed inside the vise would be safe

Using a primer seater with the open end of the case exposed in case of pre-mature primer flash would be safer

How effective is a match stick ignition powder on impact?

The information is from a military technical manual on IMPROVISING munitions. I don't think its for day to reloading besides have you tried to find strike anywhere matches lately?

Almost as scarce as small pistol primers. :smile:

I found the material in the link more "interesting" than "useful". ;-)
