A man in Seminole County, Florida, was arguing with his wife over the care of his dog rather late at night. He grabbed her dog and shot it through the leg with a .40 caliber pistol. The bullet hit his wife in the head, resulting in a non-fatal injury.
He has been charged with aggravated battery and animal cruelty.
The article does not mention the race of the perpetrator or whether alcohol was involved.

And he's a talk show host who recently complained on air about his wife purchasing an expensive dog...
I'd say a good case of premeditation or criminal intent is already building.
He has a face for radio, don't he?

Another one in Florida: A man crashed his car into his neighbor's house and then attacked the neighbor.

"Suspect" is known to police, who say he has medical issues.

I think I'd like to see photos of the dog and the wife but then again, maybe I wouldn't.

I went to high school with the alleged shooter, Shannon, in Dallas. Sounds like another case of the Golden Rule being broken. Probably an accident involving alcohol, tempers, and guns. Bad mix.
If the dog had a gun, this might not have happened.

Are you sure? I wasn't aware there are, or were, people like this in Texas.
