They will deprime exactly the same as any other primer. The issue is not the primer, it is the crimp.
Military ammunition (often, usually?) has the primer crimped in, and that takes a little extra effort to push out, and then the crimp needs to be removed - deburring tool, countersink (lightly) or swaging tool. You can see the crimp if you look for it. Once it is removed the brass can be reprimed / reloaded until you loose it or it cracks.
