I second that "HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all! Got my Mother's day present today (Of course I had to pick it out myself but hubs was there to pay for it) a Charter Arms 38spl PINK Lady revolver. My first pink pistol. May need to order some of those pink pearlized grips for it now. [/color]Now I have a pistol to match my little pink browning knife and flashlight.

Wow, how cool! I was listening to the "Guns Over Texas" radio show last night on KSEV 700 and they had the folks from Charter Arms and Shiloh Shooting Range on to discuss Charter Arms. Sounded like they gave a couple of those bad boys quite a torture test and they held up very well. After listening, I made a point to look into CA further as a light carry option / BUG.

Where did you get yours, Seniorshooteress? I noticed that Carters Country carries them....

True story:
My niece got a butterfly net at the dollar store yesterday so she could catch a lot.
She got a HUGE one last night flying around the porch light.

We celebrated it yesterday. She wanted to see "Ironman 2" (did I marry well, or what? ). Went to the imax theater in Colleyville and caught the matinee. Then we went to Brio in Southlake for a late lunch. We got home and she had 2 dozen red roses delivered with a box of chocolates. I think I did OK by her.

Dinner last night at Tommy Bahamas in the Woodlands then this morning I slipped
out of bed early to make scrambled eggs, toast, juice and coffee for my
bride of 25+ years who has been a mother for 23 of those years.
