I posted this handgun at another site and received a note from someone in Oregon wanting me to ship it through an FFL. I'd much rather sell it to FTF, though. If nobody around here buys it within the next week, I'll ship it to this person's FFL in Oregon.

Here's a Vektor CP-1, an unusual 9mm handgun made in South Africa, intended as a concealed carry for civilian and police use. It is a very smooth shooter thanks to a gas-delayed blowback action with a gas cylinder located below the barrel. This is an interesting gun and fun to shoot.

I'll throw in a 100 round box of factory ammo (Winchester White box) with the purchase price.

Yes it is. That's the safety that protrudes out of the trigger guard. The pistol is currently safety off in the picture. When the safety is on, that red/black switch is actually inside the trigger area. When you shoot, you put your finger into the trigger guard, then push the safety to the forward position, then fire the weapon.

It's a unique pistol, and a VERY unique shooting experience. The gas-delayed blowback design almost completely eliminates recoil. When you shoot it, it almost feels like it didn't even fire. Very strange.

I'm only selling this because it's a safe queen and I just don't ever take it out to shoot. I only want to keep guns that I shoot.

Interesting gun. Meaning no disrespect, but that's the first one I've ever seen, and I have to say that it is kind of strange looking.

No disrespect taken. It's a strange gun, but actually quite pleasing in the hand and a unique shooting experience. Well, there may be someone who wants it.

The military in BSG used FN57s. The secret service on Colonial One used CP-1s.
