Years ago when we were in college my then to be wife worked in a drug store that also sold liquor. A guy came in one night and told her to give him all the cash in the register. She blurted out "you have got to be kidding me" and started laughing at him. He left.

Thanks for posting those videos.

You are never disarmed until you think you are disarmed. Your hands can be deadly weapons even without martial arts training.

Cornwall Bridge, Connecticut -- In May, a 32-year-old man robbed a bank, making off with over $9.000.

While fleeing, he fell 45 feet down a steep embankment. He lost the loot and his weapon, which turned out to be a BB pistol. He broke his ankle and crash-landed into a plow, receiving a severe cut.

His girlfriend, who was waiting at the bottom of the embankment in a rented getaway car, drove him to the hospital.

Police identified the pair within minutes and seized their car. While police were getting arrest warrants, the couple went home. Later the injured robber called an ambulance because he was in pain. The ambulance attendents found the two arguing. The police were called and arrested both for domestic assault. They later admitted to the robbery.

I think this story should inspire anyone who carries a stun gun around for self protection to make sure that it has enough of a charge to protect you when you need it.

Somewhere in the vicinity of Daytona Beach, Florida, this morning, a man walked into a pharmacy and gave the pharmacy tech a note demanding drugs. She said that she would have to see his gun before giving him anything. He left.

A short time later, pretty much the same series of events unrolled at another pharmacy.

The man was arrested before lunch.
