Did that ever change after all this time? Lots of lakes that are off limits if not. I heard in the past they were going to change the law. Anything happen?

are you sure you're not thinking of the national park issue? I believe it's totally different than COE.

Personally, I am sick of federal regs being imposed on any property in the State of Texas. Actually, I'm just sick of federal regs, period.
