just watched this for the first time today... totally freakin awesome.

Ted Nugent is an absolute treasure.

I love how the little creature who was interviewing him just sat in terrified silence the entire time. While Ted was talking about the beating of the woman in Waco, the interviewer actually starting biting his fingernails.

Thanks for posting this geekwagon. I too, haven't seen this before. I think Nugent expresses the feelings that many Americans have. I'd love to see an interview with him on a national network news program like 20/20.

His ranch is in Crawford or nearby Crawford.

I lived in Ann Arbor Michigan until moving to Texas about 15 years ago and Ted lived about 40 miles west of Ann Arbor in Jackson Michigan. He was known as an avid hunter up there too, never too shy to speak his mind.

I loved it! The interviewer is obviously uncomfortable
I guess he could not be born a Texan, but it sure sounds like he belongs here! Glad he came on down. Does anyone know if this interview is on youtube?. It might get more exposure there. It's hard to argue with his no-apologies-for self-defense viewpoint.
