What moron forgot to sign the online approval for charging of the Credit Card? Oh wait, that would be me.

I'm sure this will only set me back a few WEEKS. heheh.
And here I thought I was sooo careful.

Well, will try and get someone on the phone, to see if I can just FAX it in.

Sucks man, I just resent my unsigned documents in today. Yay! More wait.

Did get someone on the phone, whose goal in life at the time was to *get me off the phone*.
If I didn't know better, I would say that she was in a marathon at the time of the call...

Anyways, she cleared me to FAX the missing signature document.
However, tomorrow I am MAILING the same thing, to prevent any 'further' delays.

Good call. Hope that delay is minimal.

OK, so just got a call at work from a nice lady at the DPS office.

Seems that the missing signature sent back as a faxed document was not acceptable :!: and they supposedly tried to call me back and tell me that.

However, they were most happy that the MAILED DOCUMENT just showed up, so they called me to let me know that they had it, and everything was kosher, and "You should get your license in just a few weeks."

Waiting is not so bad. However, knowing that they have all the paperwork and I have a greenlight is a big relief!

Wellllll.... called in, got to talk to a nice woman that told me....

"Your paperwork was received on the 27th (June - this would be my missing signature paper), so technically your 60 days starts from there.
It should, however, be released in a week or two."

Note Carefully: Have someone ELSE check your paperwork before you send it off.
