Exterminate him. Leave his body hanging from a light pole as warning to others. Put it all over the internet.

Public whipping and execution has worked to deter crime for thousands of years. Good thing we're too civilized in this country to do that.

Absolutely. Executions should be often, swift, and very public. Especially for child predators, sexual offenders, and bank CEO's.
