WOW! Just went through a quick wild storm. Rain, lightning, and 70-80 mph winds. Some branches and small trees down in the area. Power was out for about 20 minutes.
Kind of exciting. Glad I didn't get any damage.

Give me 2 days and I'll get at least $100K if you could make that happen here. I'll even give the down payment :-) I forgot what green looks like.
