AA Conversion kit on a Glock 19

I just thought I would post a couple of pictures of my Glock 19 with it's Advantage Arms .22 Conversion kit on it.

It is a blast (no pun intended) to shoot. It is really fast to change out and back again and it cycles just fine even with 36gr ammunition in it. I had a couple of FTFs and one FTE. The FTFs seemed to be down to faulty ammo rather than the conversion. The actual point of the .22 didn't seem to be centered 100% correctly.

The Glock shot pretty accurately at 10 yards with the conversion on it but not as accurately as the original slide does.

It was a lot of fun to shoot and I would certainly recommend it despite the cost of it. It will be a useful 'starting point' for when we take guests to the range and the price of the ammunition is definately a plus.

Anyway....here are the pictures of it on the Glock 19 frame.

How and where did you actually find one of those available for purcahase? Been looking for one for my G23 for what seems like a year - always out of stock or backordered everywhere I look, especially the manufacturer's web site.

I found one for sale in Murfreesboro TN. I called them as I have family over there that could have picked it up if needed, but as it was it shipped just fine.

They are very hard to find, I have also looked for a year plus

Yo would think someone else could machine this. You can sell them for 299 and never catch up with demand

I know Ciener has them but have read to many bad reports
