As you are likely aware, Cass Sunstein was given the knod by the Senate on 9/10/09. He was confirmed as administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, or "Regulatory Czar" by a vote of 57-40, with 2 senators not voting. It's been discussed at length on this forum, about Sunstein's radical views on many topics, including our 2A rights to keep and bear arms.
In reviewing the voting record for this nomination, I thought it worth the while to call-out the senators that voted in favor of Sunstein's nomination.
