State of Texas Background Check

So, I called to check the status on my application and they said that my FBI background check is back and clear and they are just waiting for my State of Texas check to come in. Is that the one from my county that they are waiting for?

I'd say so, yes. In addition to city and state thrown in. It's one of those mysteries to me that is clearly undefined, exactly what goes into the background check, other than the obvious FBI & county.
