So, I sent an email to the CHL office and asked them for the exact status of my application because I needed to know where it is when I contact my state representative. The response I got back was "We are missing the Texas background investigation. I have forwarded this email to my supervisor." So, I guess now they are going to try to feed me some line of garbage and continue to give me the run around. I contacted my state representative today!

when i did that , it was only about 12 or so days later that my license was mysteriously approved .

So, I have already heard back from my state representative that he has requested my CHL be expedited to me. Hopefully that will do something.... Will wait and see!
