I am planning on visiting the Ruidoso, NM area soon and I am wondering about CCW while I am there.
I know that much of the area is Reservation land, do they allow carry with my Texas permit?
If they do allow it, do New Mexico laws still apply?
Can I carry in the Casino's?
I have been to Handgunlaw.us and the NM state site, I am looking for more specific information on the Ruidoso area.

New Mexico recognizes your Texas CHL. According to OpenCarry.org, New Mexico has complete pre-emption of firearms laws.

However, Handgunlaw.us says of New Mexico that:

You may NOT carry a handgun, openly or concealed, in:

• Liquor establishments that sell alcohol for consumption on the premises. Parking lots are OK. (30-7-3
  NMSA 1978, fourth degree felony)
• Schools...except in vehicle if older than 19 (30-7-2.1 NMSA 1978, fourth degree felony)
• University Premises...except in vehicle if older than 19 (30-7-2.4 NMSA 1978 petty misdemeanor)
• Preschools (29-19-8 NMSA 1978)
• Courts (29-19-11 NMSA 1978, without the consent of the presiding judge) Court means: any Federal, State, County, Municipal, or Tribal Court;
• Tribal Land (29-19-10, NMSA, unless authorized by the governing body of the tribe or pueblo)
• Public buses (30-7-13 NMSA 1978, misdemeanor)
• Airport security zones
• State parks
• Federal Properties...Military Bases, Courthouse, etc. National Parks and National Wildlife Management Areas are OK if you have a NM Permit/License to Carry or a Permit/License valid in New Mexico.
• On private property where the owner has posted signs indicating that you may not carry or if the owner tells you that you cannot

So... It looks like you'll have to do your due diligence and actually phone and ask the reservation authorities involved; and since casinos sell alcohol for on-premises consumption, my guess is that you cannot carry in casinos.

The most common example I've seen to argue against the notion that reservations are sovereign as many claim is "Indian Gaming," in which gambling is allowed on reservation lands when it might not be legal anywhere in the rest of the state. However, coming originally from a state which has much Indian gaming (California), I usually counter by pointing out that the reservations had to win the right to conduct gambling enterprises by means of statewide elections in which the state's non-Indian population of voters had a say in permitting it. If they were truly sovereign, they would not have had to get the white man's approval of it via a ballot proposition.

I would also be willing to bet that CCW in your vehicle on reservation land is fine as long as you're just passing through.

One gun concealed. You can open carry in NM. And as far as I know, there's no limit on the number of guns you carry openly. But only one may be concealed.
I worked at a gun store in NM. We discussed guns and gun laws all day every day. Lots of cops, a couple of lawyers, a couple of concealed handgun instructors, and untold numbers of gun enthusiasts were regulars there. I have never heard of the one concealed gun law being enforced. It's probably one of those things they'll tack on as an additional offense if they arrest you for something else, but not likely they'd nab you just for having two hidden guns. IANAL.

You may have as many guns as you want in your vehicle.

You can have multiple in the car or on your person while you are in the vehicle (you don't need a permit for that in NM).

Off topic but New Mexico related, can you carry on the Rail-Runner or Road Runner or what ever it's called in Albuquerque (the new train system)?
