This is different.
Japanese re-enactors practice an ancient sport that involves shooting with a bow and arrows from a galloping horse.
Staying on a galloping horse without crashing into something is difficult enough. I can hardly imagine accurately shooting three arrows in 20 seconds.

Another part of the competition historically involved shooting live dogs.
