Did they change the class notification and completion forms? I dont see them on the DPS website or I may over looked them.

We were told last week that they had not changed those two, iirc.

sometimes it takes more than one set of eyes.

edit: since we don't have certificate numbers anymore, it's simply pass/fail in that box.

FOLLOW UP QUESTION...

On the Class Completion template it still asks for a 'certificate number' as was on the old T-100 we had to purchase. The new CHL_100 Proficiency Certificate online does not have a certificate number. What to do with that?

Until we get a new template, instead of a cert. # we put Pass. Valentina said they are supposed to be working on the forms. We are just dealing with the interim.
