This law was named after the 12 year old who was shot by police, who thought
his gun was a real one.
Since the boy's pistol had an orange tip on it, as now required, it seems like he
would have been shot by the LEO's anyway.
This law, although well-intentioned, seems like it will be unenforceable.
Who's to draw the line between "realistic" and "definitely a toy" ?
