ATT center san antonio - owned by city?

I seem to recall that the ATT Center in San Antonio is owned by the city, and could use some help backing this up - does anyone know where this might be documented at? I know that sporting events are off limits for CHL. Somewhere I heard the building was posted 30.06, which I understand is invalid if owned by a governmental entity. As tax $ was used (is used) for the center I think it is owned by the govt, but want proof.
I can't find it on bcad.org (bexar county appraisal district's site). Any help would be appreciated.

According to
http://www.attcenter.com/default.asp?att_center=22, it was at least financed by Bexar County.

Correct!

- That's what will happen if you do attempt to enter with your firearm.

You can carry at a sporting venue...as long as there's not a sporting
event going on.

Well, most people don't go to arenas if there isn't somethin goin on...I know there are tours and such but I think itbgoes without saying that when the speak on the subject the mean it for when there is a game going on

Concerts, trade shows and exhibitions are also common in large arenas - none of which is a prohibited event.
I understand a concert with the rodeo is off limits, as the rodeo is a professional sporting event. But there are concerts, trade shows and exhibitions not linked to prohibited activities, which is where the buildings ownership is relevant. I still have not been able to find rock hard, documented proof of ownership by the city which is frustrating, as I'm pretty sure it is city owned.
