DSW & I sent applications in May 16th with PO money orders for payment. PINs issued June 12th. I was pretty patient, but will admit that I started checking the DPS website almost daily after the middle of July. Web confirmation on August 2nd and both licenses got here today.
That puts it almost 80 days from mailbox to mailbox.
Not nearly as bad as some, but still seems like a long time considering completely clean records and no paperwork mistakes.
Glad to live in a state that is shall-issue though.
