I've got a Wilson Combat tactical thumb safety thats never been used. I tried to use it on an RIA, but was never able to even install it. The contact surfaces have never been fitted.

I also have a new Smith and Alexander blue msh/magwell for an officer size frame that I tried on my RIA compact once and then just took it off. I never even loaded a magazine through it.
